    Depending on your use of NewAxiom and service configuration, NewAxiom may collect or process the following categories of information:

    NewAxiom uses Stripe to process payments. NewAxiom does not store full payment card numbers.

    • Account and contact information, including name, email address, company name, role or title, phone number, workspace name, and account access information.
    • Billing and subscription information, including selected plan, subscription status, billing name, billing email, billing address, Stripe customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoice identifiers, checkout identifiers, and payment status.
    • Customer business data, including product catalogs, SKU data, supplier cost files, pricing files, quote data, sales and demand data, forecast inputs, pricing rules, connector metadata, import and export activity, and workspace configuration.
    • Technical, diagnostics, and security data, including IP address, browser and device information, logs, usage events, error diagnostics, security and audit activity, and consent preferences.

    NewAxiom uses information for the following purposes:

    • Provide and operate the service.
    • Create and manage accounts and workspaces.
    • Process subscriptions, checkout flows, and billing administration.
    • Support customer onboarding.
    • Import, process, analyze, and export customer data.
    • Operate pricing, demand, forecasting, quoting, connector, and optimization workflows.
    • Provide support and customer communications.
    • Maintain security, auditability, and abuse prevention controls.
    • Improve reliability, service operations, and product quality.
    • Communicate about service changes, billing, support, and product updates.
    • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

    • Google Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent is granted, where enabled.
    • Google Ads or marketing tags are loaded only after marketing consent is granted, where enabled.

    NewAxiom may use diagnostics and error-monitoring tools to detect errors, investigate reliability issues, and protect the service. These tools may process technical information such as browser, device, URL, timestamp, error details, and related diagnostic context.

    NewAxiom configures diagnostics tools to support reliability and security and not for third-party advertising.

    NewAxiom does not currently enable landing-site session replay or profiling by default unless separately configured and disclosed.

    NewAxiom does not sell customer data.

    NewAxiom may share or process information with trusted service providers used for service operations.

    Service providers are used only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

    • Hosting.
    • Database and storage operations.
    • Payments.
    • Email delivery.
    • Analytics, where consented.
    • Diagnostics and error monitoring.
    • Security controls and monitoring.
    • Customer support operations.
    • Infrastructure operations.
  7. 7. Customer data ownership

    Customers retain ownership of business data submitted to NewAxiom. NewAxiom uses that data to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service.

  8. 8. Retention, deletion, and export

    NewAxiom retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, accounting, security, audit, contractual, and operational obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and enforce agreements.

    Customers may request export or deletion of certain information, subject to legal, security, backup, audit, contractual, or operational limitations.

  9. 9. Cross-border processing

    Information may be processed or stored outside your province or outside Canada by NewAxiom or its service providers. In those cases, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed or stored.

    NewAxiom maintains an internal incident response and breach notification process. If NewAxiom becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information or customer data, NewAxiom will assess the incident, take reasonable containment and investigation steps, and provide notifications where required by applicable law, contract, or customer agreement.

    If NewAxiom sends marketing or promotional communications, you may unsubscribe using the instructions in those messages. NewAxiom may still send transactional or service-related messages such as billing, account, security, or support notices.
