A few important details about billing, plan limits, and service scope.
Plan purchase paths.Starter, Growth, and Pro can be purchased through NewAxiom's secure checkout flow. Enterprise plans are handled through a contact and sales-assisted process. Prices are shown in CAD and billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where NewAxiom expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Taxes. Applicable taxes may be charged separately unless otherwise stated.
Managed SKUs. Managed SKUs are unique products actively imported, repriced, quoted, analyzed, or forecasted in NewAxiom during the billing period.
Plan limits and changes. If your usage exceeds your current plan limits, a plan change or updated commercial terms may apply. Features, limits, and availability vary by plan.
Add-ons and services. Basic onboarding guidance is included with every plan. Additional guided setup, data cleanup and import assistance, priority support, and managed pricing support may be available during checkout or through separate arrangements. Optional services may vary by plan. Basic onboarding guidance includes standard getting-started resources, help documentation, and reasonable email-based guidance to help customers set up their workspace. It does not include custom implementation, data cleanup, file preparation, ERP integration work, managed pricing services, or dedicated training unless purchased separately.
Enterprise plans. Enterprise plans are quoted separately and may include custom commercial terms, implementation scope, and support arrangements.
